Magic Memories is a photo company that captures and delivers photos to customers of their experiences on rides, attractions, and amusement parks all over the world. While contracting for Magic Memories I worked on the Product and Engineering team. My role was designing and planning the best user experiences with modern and intuitive interfaces for multiple of their new internal and external software projects.

Documenting product specs, delivering the designs to the developers, and communicating the product to other people within the company as another key part of my role here. The focus of the work was two prong; create a simpler more intuitive customer experience to help Magic Memories sell more products to their customers, and make their internal tools to capture photos, prepare content, and organize content across all their sites easier and quicker to save them time and money.

Product Ecosystem
This diagram shows the different product applications and ecosystem I worked on while at Magic Memories.
Branded UI Design System

With a small development team supporting the customer facing applications and the internal facing applications it was important to create a branded design system to keep management easier and user experiences consistent across all form factors especially since many internal applications are used by 3rd party employees at onsite places.

These devices allowed users to find, view, and send their photos to themselves to save and purchase later.
